- Pickup orders: Payment is made in cash at the time of pickup at our store (460 Notre Dame Avenue, Winnipeg, MB).
- Delivery orders: Payment is made in cash on delivery, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon by phone.
We reserve the right to introduce additional payment methods in the future.
3.3 Order Cancellation

4. Pickup and Delivery
4.1 Store Pickup
- Orders are typically ready within 2–4 hours of confirmation.
- We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.
- Uncollected orders may be cancelled after 24 hours without notice.
4.2 Local Delivery
- Delivery is available within the Winnipeg area only.
- A delivery fee may apply and will be communicated before confirmation.
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will call to confirm the delivery window.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Complaints
5.1 Perishable Goods
Due to the perishable nature of our products (meat, seafood, dairy, produce, bakery items), we generally do not accept returns. Please inspect your order at the time of pickup or delivery.
